Tetra Tech ES, Inc., implementing the Securing Power, Advancing Resilience and Connectivity (SPARC) Program funded by the United States Government, has announced Request for Quotations RFQ-PRG-SPARC-2026-022 for the supply of dry-type power transformers. The procurement aims to deliver essential equipment for Ukraine’s energy industry, with questions due by March 12, 2026, and quotations due by March 20, 2026, at 18:00 (Kyiv time), via the Tetra Tech ESI solicitation portal.
